While menus are changed quite frequently, samples are shown below. We also cater for small dinner parties and other needs on request.

Breakfast Menu

The hosted Bed and Breakfast tariff includes a full breakfast.

Guests can choose one main course from the selection below.
All breakfasts include fruit juice, cereal, fresh fruit, yoghurt, toast with preserves, tea or coffee.

  • Trafalgar Old English
    Choice of bacon or sausages with fried, poached or scrambled eggs.
    Mushroom or cheese omelette
  • Something Different
    Corn fritters, tomato and peppers with a touch of chilli and garlic
  • Trafalgar Pancake
    Two thick and luxurious pancakes served with maple syrup
  • Trafalgar Continental
    Choice of cereal including special "Traf" muesli fruit juice, fruit and yogurt, toast and preserves

Dinner Menu

A 2-course dinner, from $30 pp, includes the main course with the choice of entree or dessert, and tea or coffee and a glass of port. A complimentary glass of wine is included. Menu selection varies but might include:

Entrees
  • Hot pasta salad with fresh tomato, black olive and herb dressing. Fresh roll and butter.
  • Caesar salad with poached egg/chicken/salmon if desired. Fresh roll and butter.
Mains
  • Oven roasted lamb cutlets with rosemary and port glaze
  • Pan fried chicken fillet topped with mushroom and capsicum cream sauce
  • Cannelloni of spring vegetables and feta cheese, parsley and extra virgin olive oil
All main courses are served with seasonal steamed vegetables or mixed salad with vinaigrette dressing.

Traditional Desserts

  • German apple cake with cream or ice cream
  • Fresh fruit platter
  • Fruit tart with creme frais
  • Selection of cheeses
